Assassin’s Creed NFTs Have Been Licensed By Ubisoft

Assassin’s Creed is the latest major gaming franchise to have an officially licensed line of NFTs, with Ubisoft this week announcing the Assassin’s Creed Smart Collectibles produced by Integral Reality Labs.

These NFT ‘digital souls’ feature various characters from the Assassin’s Creed franchise, and include “rare and unique outfits and weapons.” Players are able to purchase these digital souls and then customise it and order a 3D printed physical version of the character in a glass cube.

Each cube features a chip that can be scanned and authenticated, and can be interacted with via a companion app. In addition to the digital souls, the manufacturer is also selling 1500 Pieces of Eden Passes, which offer “access to exclusive drops, a unique limited edition digital soul, and a way to jump to the head of the line to get your physical Smart Collectible printed.”
