Resident Evil 4 Remake is the latest instalment of the long-running franchise to receive a brand new remake. Much like its previous instalments Resident Evil 4 Remake features a plethora of collectables and secrets to find. In our Resident Evil 4 Remake Collectables Guide, we go over where to find all 16 Clockwork Castellans, 104 Treasures and 19 Merchant Requests, including all Bule Madalion locations.
Chapter 12 features seven treasures, two Merchant Requests and one Castellan. Here are their locations in the order in which they can be.
Small Key
Walk around the Gondola and look for a silver briefcase. The Small Key is inside.
Merchant Request: Jewel Thief & Merchant Request: The Disgrace Of The Salazar Family
Both requests are found right in front of the merchant room, hanging on the wall.
Treasure: Gold Chicken Egg
Head back into the Ballroom and return to the Throne Room, where Lean was dropped into the sewers. Find the box that uses the Cubic device and solve the puzzle to acquire the egg.
Disgrace Of The Salazar Family (Ramon’s Painting)
Opposite the Cubic puzzle, look for the painting of Ramon Salazar. If you have any Chicken eggs, equip one and throw it at the painting. If you don’t have any, use the Golden Chicken egg you acquired from the Cube box.
Stolen Jewel (Merchant Request “Jewel Thief”)
This one requires a lot of backtracking. Head all the way back through the maze and into the courtyard. In the same courtyard, Lean and Ashely got separated after she tried to kill him. Head to where the merchant is in the courtyard and look up before you reach the path leading to the merchant. You should be able to see a Crow’s nest that you can shoot that will drop the stolen jewel. You must then sell this jewel to the merchant to finish the request.
Treasure 2: Ornate Beetle (Requires Small Key)
Head back even further than the courtyard and make your way back to the castle walls. As you make your way to the third tower, you will find a desk in a corner that requires the Small Key you acquired at the start of the chapter.
Castellan 12
As you enter the Clocktower, head northwest of the first floor and look for the Castellan sitting on a box.
Treasure 3: Gold Bar
Look for a treasure chest to acquire this treasure south of the Castellan.
Treasure 4: Alexandrite
Head upstairs, but don’t go on the platform with the fire-breathing stature. Continue to head up the stairs until you reach a blockade. Look up to see a silver container with treasure inside.
Treasure 5: Mirror With Pearls & Rubies
After you defeat the monk whos pulling the lever dropping the spiked rolling balls. Look for a broken piece of the railing, and you should see the treasure chest with this treasure inside.
Treasure 6: Extravagant Clock
After dropping down the ladder, look for this treasure in another chest on your left.
Treasure 7: Yellow Diamond
When you go back outside and walk on the scaffolding, look for a silver container hanging on another scaffolding.
