Aliens: Dark Descent is a new game in the Aliens universe that brings the franchise into the real-time strategy genre from developer Tindalos Interactive.
It’ll be launching this coming June 21, 2023 on PS5 and PS4, and ahead of that release, publisher Focus Entertainment has announced that the game has officially gone gold.
“We’re delighted to announce that Aliens: Dark Descent has gone gold! See you on June 21 on Planet Lethe.” the publisher said in its announcement.
Aliens: Dark Descent will see you take command of a squad of marines to Planet Lethe to try and fight back against the xenomorph outbreak, moving strategically through every battle in order to walk away from it all victorious.
Failure means dire consequences, and each battle against the perfectly designed killer species will be more difficult than the last, as they’ll begin to fight back against your previously used strategies, causing you to think in new ways each time.
